Charter is priced by aircraft and sector, not by seat. A short regional sector is the cheapest charter in the market, and it is often exactly what this trip needs. A group of four to eight changes the per-seat maths: the same aircraft cost split more ways can bring the per-person figure close to a flexible commercial fare.
